Shipping and handling*
For all orders under $109, a flat fee of $8.95 for postal codes located in Zone 1, or $16.95 for postal codes located in Zone 2 areas, will be added to your final bill. Standard delivery is free of charge on orders of $109 or more before taxes. Optionally, we also offer express delivery for a flat fee of $19.95 anywhere in Canada and world shipping.

Multiple shipping addresses
You can only indicate one shipping address per order. If you are shopping for people with different addresses, you must make a separate order for each address.
Online shopping orders are processed for shipping after the availability of the items is confirmed. Delivery is usually completed within one (1) to two (2) days within in Montreal area and between five (5) to ten (10) working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) for a standard delivery and between one (1) and two (2) days for an express delivery. However, please allow up to fifteen (15) working days for delivery to remote locations.
Orders are shipped through V Courrier or Canada Post in the Montreal area, and with Canada Post across Canada.
Tracking your order
Upon completion of the online purchase, you can add a note that you would like to track your order, and we will send you the tracking number to the email adress given, confirming that the package has left our atelier allowing you to trace your order.
We now offer shipping internationaly with Purolator, Fedex or DHL.
All items purchased through the volprive.ca website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that volprivé assumes the risk for the loss of ordered items as soon as we give them to the carrier. Ownership of these articles is transferred to you when you take possession of the parcel at its destination, whether at the shipping address provided during the purchase of the online order or at a Canada Post outlet, as authenticated by the delivery date confirmed by Canada Post. When returning or exchanging items by mail, volprivé assumes the risk for the loss of the returned items as soon as you return the parcel to Canada Post, provided that you follow the instructions described in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES section below. Ownership of these articles is then transferred to volprivé when Canada Post takes possession of the parcel. In the event that instructions described in the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES are not followed, you assume the risk for the loss until we receive the package, at which time volprivé will take possession of the said merchandise.
Accepted methods of payment
The volprive.ca website accepts the following methods of payment online:

For security reasons and to prevent fraud, online orders paid by credit card on this website will only be accepted by volprivé if the purchaser’s name and billing address match the name on the credit card and their credit card billing address. If the information does not match, your order will be declined, even if your bank authorized the transaction. In this instance, volprivé will contact you to obtain the information required to credit you according to the original online method of payment. The information obtained will remain confidential. For more information, please see our CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION section.
Online shopping receipt
You will be sent an online purchase receipt to the email address provided during the purchase of the online order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our return policy only applies to accessories that have not been worn, used or washed. Volprivé will only refund articles that have not been used, washed or damaged within thirty (30) days from receipt of shipment. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Please return the items in the original package.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e., the same credit card) within fourteen (14) business days. You will be notified via email when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from volprivé.
Exchange or refund of a product
Please contact email@example.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by Canada Post). We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14-day deadline. Please securely pack and seal the returned items with the original tags attached.
All products purchased through retailers must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.
All products purchased through volprive.ca must be returned according to the return policy above. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Volprivé applies the sales tax on products ordered through this website. The applicable sales tax on an order depends on the delivery address of the order. The 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in all Canadian provinces, with the exception of the following provinces where the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%) and Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%). In addition, the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%).
If you return an item for a refund, the tax you paid for this item will also be refunded. However, you will not be refunded the taxes paid on shipping and handling for this item, as these fees are not refundable once the package has been shipped.
